What it means

The requested output format is not available on the server that handled the request (for example AVIF encoding on a deployment without an AVIF encoder).

How to resolve it

Request webp, jpeg, or png instead, or check /api-status for current server capabilities.

Retrying

Retry with a different output_format. Failed requests are not billed.

Include the X-Request-Id response header when contacting [email protected] about a specific failure.
