What it means

The file could not be decoded. It is corrupt, truncated, or not actually an image.

How to resolve it

Verify the file opens locally, then re-export and resend it.

Retrying

Retry with a valid image. Failed requests are not billed.

Include the X-Request-Id response header when contacting [email protected] about a specific failure.
